Christmas is coming fast! City Light Church is running three outreach programs this holiday season to share our love and assist those in need….

 

Superkids Christmas Party is an annual event hosted by the New Hope to Asia church in the Philippines. This party serves to reach the street kids in Cainta and share the gospel in a thoughtful, engaging way. Over 2000 children come to the Superkids Christmas Party annually to eat, sing, dance, and celebrate – it is a phenomenal outreach ministry! As one of the sole supporters of this party, we encourage you to join us in changing these children’s lives and give to this ministry.

 

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse that collects gift-filled shoeboxes to send to children in need around the world, aiming to show God’s love in a tangible way. Our church is invited to pack shoeboxes with items like toys, school supplies, and hygiene products. These boxes are then delivered to children across the globe through local church partners. A simple, yet effective and caring way to share the good news!

 

CLC Christmas Hampers is our initiative to keep families together during Christmas. We believe in the positive impact a shared meal can make, especially at a time so special. In order to help families overcome the financial strain of the holidays, we provide free Christmas Hampers to those struggling to make ends meet. Our hamper includes a turkey, potatoes, stuffing, veggies, treats, drinks & all the fixings! We are calling on our congregation and local businesses to give financially to this project, or donate some goods for the hampers.
